What are the shipping costs?
- Within Belgium you pay €6,00 excl. VAT and with an order above €150,00 excl. VAT shipping is free. To the Netherlands you pay €8,00 excl. VAT and with an order above €200,00 excl. VAT shipping is free.
Can I pick-up my order at Hello August?
- Would you like to pick up your order at our office in Lichtervelde? (Statiestraat 4, 8810 Lichtervelde, BELGIUM)
Choose 'pick up LICHTERVELDE' at the shipping costs. You can only choose this option after you have clicked on 'Complete order' in your shopping cart.
- Of course, the shipping costs are free in this option. Please contact us if you want to pick-up your products during office hours. Then we will make sure your order is ready.
Can I have my products delivered to another delivery address?
- Yes, you can! After you have clicked on 'complete order', you can choose the option 'I prefer to give up a different delivery address' at the bottom of 'your data'. Here you can enter a different delivery address than your billing address.
Do you also deliver abroad?
- We ship in Belgium and to the Netherlands. Shipping to other countries is possible on request. Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What are the delivery times?
- On working days orders are usually shipped within 24 hours. Shipments via Bpost have an average delivery time of 1 to 2 business days. Hello August is not liable for any delays during transport.
Can I choose on which day my order will be delivered?
- Yes, add to notifications which day is not convenient for you.
For example: On Thursday you order at Hello August and you add a message that your order cannot be delivered on Monday. Then we will not ship your package on Friday but only on Monday. So, you can expect the products from Tuesday. We can never guarantee this with 100% certainty, but we will do our best to have the package arrive at the appropriate time.
How is my order shipped?
- Your order will be shipped with Bpost.
Can I follow my order with TRACK & TRACE?
- Yes, you will receive an e-mail with a track & trace code as soon as the package is scanned at the post office.
My order has arrived too late/not at all.
