Where can I request a login code?

  • You can request a login code by sending an e-mail to charlene@hello-august.be with a description of:
  1. The name of your company
  2. The type of your company
  3. The location of your company
  4. Your website and links to social media
  5. Your company details and VAT number

You will receive a message as soon as possible (in busy periods this can take up to 2 working days). After approval, you will receive a personal login code. In order to maintain a certain exclusivity, not all requests can be fulfilled.

How can I login?

  • After you requested and received a login code, click on the blue button in the right corner at the top 'Login'. This will take you to the customer login page. Enter your e-mail address and the personal password you received from us.

What is the minimum order amount? 

  • You can place an order from €50 excluding VAT.

What is the minimum order amount for free shipping?

Belgium

  • Within Belgium you pay € 6,00 excl. VAT and with an order above € 150,00 excl. VAT shipping is free. Is your (web)shop in the neighbourhood? Then you can collect the products in Lichtervelde. Choose the option 'pick up at retailer' during the ordering process.

The Netherlands

  • To the Netherlands you pay € 8,00 excl. VAT and with an order above € 200,00 excl. VAT shipping is free.

How can I use my discount code?

  • Go to your shopping basket. You will see a box with 'Discount code' at the bottom of your selected products. Add your discount code here. Make sure your discount code is identical to the one you received.

My discount code doesn’t work, what now?

  • The best thing you can do is just copy and paste the discount code you received. Make sure there are no spaces before, between or after it. I want to change my order; how do I do that?

  • Send us an e-mail with the changes. We will adjust your order. After a confirmation e-mail, you can be sure that your order has been adjusted and is going your way.
